In early June, I listed my property with Ron Fleenor.  I choose Ron because my wife and I had Ron come out to our house, look at the property, and ask him a few questions.  In reality, we were getting Ron out to our house to interview him for the job ahead of selling our house.  We fired off questions after question at him, he answered every one intelligently and confidently, and we hired him on the spot that night.  The next day Ron was back taking pictures of our house and had it listed that day on the internet for potential buyers and he sent the buzz of our house
through the local realtor offices. We had people at our house that day and the offers were in.  We had a buyer within in the week and we closed within two weeks.  Unfortunately, we moved out of town so we could not use Ron to buy our new home in Northern Colorado, but he found us a great realtor in Loveland.  I just wish our past real estate transaction were as good as this one.  This was truly one of the best customer experiences I have ever had.  Thanks Ron!!!
